Full Moon Reflection: We Can See Clearly Now
Under this Full Moon, something important becomes visible.
Not dramatic.
Not alarming.
But clear.
Many people are feeling intensity right now—emotionally and physically—without knowing why. If you’ve checked your caffeine intake and your sanity and still can’t quite explain it, you’re not alone. We are simply living through a moment where several long-running cycles are reaching a point of culmination, and our senses naturally heighten at such times.
A Full Moon is a moment of illumination and culmination. It reveals what has already been forming. This one carries the feeling of standing on a ridge, able to look back at where you’ve been and forward toward what is quietly asking to emerge.
This is not a moment that calls for urgency.
It calls for clarity.
Culmination Is Not Crisis
In a culture that often equates intensity with danger, it’s important to note that culmination means completion coming into view. It means a chapter showing its full shape so that we can respond consciously rather than reactively.
For some, that clarity may arrive as an insight. For others, as a sense of fatigue with old ways of pushing and overriding your own wisdom. Maybe you’re feeling a deep inner “enough” that no longer needs justification.
When we see clearly, the nervous system relaxes.
Confusion is far more taxing than truth.
Seeing the Bigger Picture
This Full Moon invites you to step back just far enough to notice the larger pattern of your life.
You may sense:
old assumptions loosening their grip,
values quietly reorganizing,
or a sharper awareness of what feels nourishing versus depleting.
Nothing here needs to be forced or decided in haste. Awareness itself begins the shift. When clarity comes, choice becomes conscious rather than reactive.
We are learning to live a paradox: we experience separation, and yet we are not separate. Both are true. Not either/or but both/and. This moment asks only that you participate in your own life with honesty and integrity as that larger wholeness comes into view.
The Invitation
Life is inviting you to embody your truth in simple, human ways.
Embodiment is not grand or abstract. It is how your beliefs show up in your words, your actions, and your care for yourself and others.
If you’re unsure what to choose next, let that uncertainty be information. Some choices need a little more simmering time before they’re ready to be seen.
Gentle Guidance for the Nervous System
If you need a handrail, return to the basics:
pause and focus on your breath,
lessen stimulation—turn off the TV, close the laptop, and give your phone a nap,
be kind and gentle with yourself.
You don’t need to solve anything under this Full Moon. You only need to notice what has become obvious and let that knowing guide your next steps.
A Small Gift
In the spirit of sharing, I’m nearing the publication of my new book, The Sky Within You: An Astrology Guide to Your Becoming, a field guide for anyone who senses there is more to astrology than they’ve been told. Under this Full Moon, I’m offering a brief excerpt as a gift to those who would enjoy an early peek.
Be Real. Be Clear. Be Kind.
Something essential is now visible. Let yourself see gently. Choose consciously. Remember you are not alone in this unfolding.
Old patterns may arise. That’s okay. They simply no longer get top billing (even if they still make cameo appearances).
